Because our products are thoughtfully curated and produced in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong item.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will make it right.

In order to start the claim, please contact us at hello@rootistore.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

Be sure to include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos if applicable

We’ll review your claim and assist you as quickly as possible. Once your claim is reviewed and verified, we may offer — at our discretion — a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund.

Once an order has been shipped, Rooti is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. For any delivery-related issues, please contact your local carrier directly.
